I wrote "A Tangible Help", for Dracula the novel. It's not my best work ever, but I had a wicked cold while I was writing it, had written a big paper a couple days before, and had the worst time actually making the words for the story happen, so I will happily cut myself some slack. And my recipient seemed pleased, so that's the important part.
Next year: Maybe start writing before the end of the semester? It seems like leaving Yuletide for the last couple of days and focusing on school stuff is for the best, but eventually I'm going to end up with a prompt I need more than a day for, so I gotta find a balance.
