HA, so much for pretending that the trade deadline doesn't exist. I had a very clear, vivid, coherent dream about Millar being traded to the Astros for Chad Qualls, which was one of the first rumors to start going around. Not gonna happen, since I think the Astros are going to stick with what they've got (it certainly seems to be working for them), and also what do they need with Kevin Millar when they've got Lance Berkman and Mike Lamb for first base? But what an odd dream to have. I mean, normal people would dream about something ridiculous, like trading Papi to the Rockies for a pair of batting gloves and a tube of Neosporin, but not me.

And speaking of the Astros, man, have I ever been slipping on my game posts. I love writing them while I'm doing it, but getting myself to get started is becoming a bit of a chore. Tsk on me. Anyway, I've missed the last two Astros games, I think the last two Tigers games (god, I miss watching the Tigers, I hate West Coast games), and last night's Red Sox game. So, cut tag, and this time I know the alphabet.
