Man, Jennifer Love Hewitt really needs to get over herself. I just watched Jon Stewart interview her on The Daily Show, and she took offense many times at things that were so obviously jokes. The kinds of jokes he always makes during celebrity interviews. She tried to cover it up by laughing, and might have gotten away with it (it doesn't take a decent actress to hide annoyance with a big smile) except for her bitter replies, which she dressed in a perky tone but no one was fooled.

The best part was when Jon sort-of-kidded that Bill Murray must be a "crazy whore for money" to take on Garfield: The Movie, which is what she was promoting. She instantly assumed that he was calling her a whore for money as well. Since they were on TV and all and he was still trying to salvage the interview, he couldn't explain why this couldn't be further from the truth: Namely, that Bill Murray has credibility.

I can't beleve JLH still gets work, even if it's only in something like G:TM. Make her go AWAY. No one CARES anymore. The only place she has on the spotlight now is in The Surreal Life. You know, the show where they put a bunch of hasbeen stars in the same house.

SUMMARY: Of course a bus trip will bring the family closer together.
NOTES: Written for the contrelamontre public transportation challenge, although the actual transportation took (sorry) a backseat as I realized (far too late to start over) that I'd bitten off a bit more than I could chew. It took the full hour. I just barely squeaked out alive. Don't expect too much here, folks; this is the first fic I've managed to eke out in a year, and I took on way too many ideas to handle in the space of an hour.
