Jan. 8th, 2004 02:19 pmI love how on some computers my icon is picture-perfect and on others you can barely make out what the hell it's supposed to be. That's Willard and Socrates, y'all. And in the bottom corner is the Willard title logo thingy. Yes, Socrates is the rat.
Maybe I should try starting sentences with "I love how . . ." a little less often.
I watched Carrie last night! Being as how I live in Maine and Stephen King is our Official State God and all, I can't believe I've never seen it before. I've read the book, at least, so I'm not a total slacker, but still. I liked it (the movie) quite well, even if the ending did scare the crap out of me. It was just for thirty seconds, but it still gave me heart palpitations, probably because I am lame and thus couldn't see it coming from a mile away like people with normal brains could do. Also, in the space of those thirty seconds, my dad knocked on the door, so I felt the need to try to explain, in the middle of gasping in terror, the reason why. He laughed. =P
