Just a short reminder:

If you live in the United States, have the legal right to vote, and have not yet exercised it, go do so.

If you don't, you're just like my whiny-ass dad who won't go because the polling place is too far away.

There isn't an election going on in my district. :( but I would go if there was!

No election in Cali, either, that I know of :( So no voting for me :: roots for Maine and Washington tho! ::

If your dad's voting No on 1, they're giving people rides to the polls and sending notaries to the homes of those who are unable to go out. Though I think the latter is more for invalids...

I honestly do not know which way he would have voted on that. And once he digs his heels in, there's no shifting him, anyway.

But when I called my sister, she had already voted, and my mom was waiting for my stepfather to get home so they could go vote, and I know there wasn't a single Yes vote in there, so three out of four ain't bad!

(. . . I failed to call my grandmother to remind her because I strongly suspect she would have/did vote Yes. Apparently I believe in selective democracy. Or something.)
