All I really have to say is that, with the rumors of someone on the show coming out, I was really, really hoping that the brotherly bonding with Chuck and Eric would turn out to be not so brotherly. And that the final envelope that made Serena gasp (and I love how she tore into it so blithely, as if she hadn't been getting increasingly weird packages throughout the entire episode, like, hello, S) contained a compromising picture of them. In short, I forgot I was watching The CW and was hoping for a Torchwood moment.

And speaking of Torchwood - Blair/Jack OTP, Y/Y? They would totally be able to handle each other. Blair needs someone with a personality (ie, not Nate) who could help her hone her devious cleverness into a terrifying weapon, and Jack always needs someone who will stand up to him. It would be awesome. And hot. And I swear only Gossip Girl could make me ship a crossover HET couple.

I'll admit. I was really looking forward to the outing of whatever character it was going to be and I was totally expecting the whole Chuck/Eric (Erichuck?) thing to be it. Eric needs Chuck. He's too much of an obnoxious twinkie on his own and needs someone devious and awesome like Chuck to give him some kind of interest factor.

But on that note, hello little Jenny Humphrey. How rock star was she tonight?

I am loving the tug of war between Blair and Jenny. Blair is just beginning to learn what kind of monster she created.

I almost.. ALMOST.. want Nate to date Jenny. I think he'd be good for her and vice versa. He'd give her the shoe-in to high society that she's been craving and she'd give him the sweet innocent girlfriend that he wants. Well, maybe not so sweet and innocent now.. I still think they'd be good for eachother.

I think Serena should be with a speeding oncoming train. I look forward to that.
