Best cut to commercial ever:
When the Trickster snapped his fingers right before the final commercial break, after all the talk of not being able to save Dean and yadda yadda dysfunctional (dysfunctional Winchesters, there's a newsflash) and also Sam can't save Dean and the entire point of this exercise, other than the transitions to cheesy 80s music, is that Sam cannot, in fact, save Dean:
*snap*
Cue Queen's "You Make Me Live."
I thought for a second that it was still the episode. And then when I realized it wasn't, I howled with laughter, because they could not have kicked off the commercials more (in?)appropriately if they had TRIED. I love it.
Now back to that Xena episode, which I wisely had on handby sheer coincidence. "Rise and shine, everybody! Rise and shine!"
