You have got to be absofuckinglutely shitting me.

Why, yes, that IS another member of my fantasy team biting the dust, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

I give up. I really do.

For those fo you keeping score at home, that's four. Four in two weeks. No wonder I have so many A's, because I AM THE A'S, BECAUSE EVERYONE ON MY FUCKING TEAM ENDS UP ON THE DL. WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK.

. . . yeah. I'm just gonna go get ready to go out and see the game.

What the fuck, man.

Isn't he a !character too? That makes, what, five now with significant injuries in the game.

[identity profile] christyedna.livejournal.com 2007-05-16 03:40 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, he is a !character, as is Joel Zumaya.

When did I turn into the kiss of death?

Maybe you should stay away from anyone else. I've got an injured character too, and a minor leaguer at that. Trying to find information on his injury is like trying to find the Fountain of Youth... it does not exist.

Ugh. That'd drive me batshit crazycrazier.

My second team -- the 'let's see what happens when I use all my bench slots on pitchers' team -- has basically every bench slot now occupied by someone on the DL. -.- (Although one of them is also being occupied by Ryan Howard.) My poor Kalamazoo Ks. (Yes, as in strikeouts.) Not that the Knights are doing much better, but they don't have quite as many injured guys. Time to do some major surgery, I think -- some of these guys are worth keeping, but it's probably about time I let Chris Carpenter go, he's gonna be out way too long. :P
