WHY IS MY ROOMMATE SUDDENLY INCAPABLE OF FLUSHING THE TOILET??

This was never a problem until like two weeks ago. I am reminded of how cats will start peeing in weird places if they are angry or sick. Is she trying to tell me I should take her to the vet?
