Okay, I lose at being a granddaughter. My mom had to call and remind me to call Grandma and wish her a happy birthday. After also reminding me yesterday. Yeah, I was a touch distracted, but still, for heaven's sake. it's not like this is as a difficult a date for me to remember as it was, say, five years ago.
And on that particular subject - well, I said my piece on it in my DeadJournal three years ago, and I think that's all that needs to be said. I made that post to commemorate the day and nail down my memories before they faded, and they have faded, so I don't think I can say anything now that I didn't say then.
