Watching the Red Sox Queer Eye ep.

I love how during the waxings Millar and Wake were just yelping and whimpering in agony, but while Tek was having his back waxed, he was all, "Pain? What?" Catchers are tough, y'all.

Dood, catchers rule. I think one of the reasons I love catchers os much myself is that my knees are already bad. I can't imagine squatting like that all the time and then trying to run around the bases and whatnot when yer up at bat. Yikes. Not to mention the whole "memorize all the best pitches to throw at each individual player and know your own pitchers well enough to change strategy if a reliever is brought in" thing.

Catchers = teh cool.

I love catchers and have a lot of respect for them. All eyes may be on the pitcher or the guy at bat, but I think it's the catcher who's the most important man on the field. You have to be physically and mentally sharp to catch, and anyone who excels in that position deserves a lot of respect. Yes, even Jorge Posada. *g*
