OMG Brian and Greg got in an accident and were way behind AND STILL DID NOT GET PHILIMINATED YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY.
Even better, they beat Ray and Deana in a footrace to the pit stop! AND RAY AND DEANA GOT PHILIMINATED! After they had to watch Meredith and Gretchen finish the Detour before them! Which, I don't care about that so much for Deana, but how satisfying to Ray to get bested by the "oldsters" after all that shit he said last week. Which, in retrospect, is obviously exactly what the editors were going for. Oh, those crafty editors.
My ideal Final Three: Rob/Amber, Uchenna/Joyce, and Brian/Greg. And of course I'm still pulling for Rob and Amber, but if one of those other two teams wins instead, I'll be satisfied.
I was so bummed when I thought Brian and Greg were out of it because of their accident, and ecstatic when they got to the mat. I mean, like, screaming ecstatic. I love them. Even if I can't tell them apart.
On the subject of Rob and Amber not stopping when they saw the Brian and Greg's car: Meh. It's not what I would have done, but Rob was correct when he pointed out that it's a race. Also, Lynn and Alex were already there. What, exactly, could Rob and Amber have provided that Lynn and Alex couldn't? I'm not entirely crazy about their decision to not at least take five seconds to pull over and check (which the other teams did do), but that cutthroat strategy worked on Survivor, and it's doing pretty well for them here too, as they ended up coming in second on this leg. Although I did like how, when Phil was all, "So you guys didn't stop?" he was smiling like he wanted to kick them in the teeth. That was funny.
