i just finished reading this and all i can say is wow… i know jenny gets a lot of hate primarily because of her trying to get in between serenate and breaking up chuck and blair but reading this meta was really eye opening because it doesn’t necessarily excuse those actions it at least provides reasoning to why it happened, or the circumstances in jenny’s life leading up to it. i will admit, as a jenny fan it is refreshing to read something that isn’t vilifying her and the points you made about CJ
and the shows blatant disregard for women and jenny’s character arc as a whole is truly something that i think everyone should read!
