You know that posting more often thing I was going to do? Have a meme!
Give me 2-9 actors. I'll put my music on shuffle, and create a movie synopsis based on those actors and the first song that comes up.
I reserve the right to skip songs from musical soundtracks, since those already have their own topics and it would be either way too hard or cheating. I haven't decided which.

My neck will burn
And as we kiss
And I'm sick in your mouth
I know you want more
Lick my open wounds
And add some ice
And choke on my sick vice
Oh God, the lights are on.
. . . yeah, this should be quite a movie. I'll have to sleep on it a bit.
Hi! How've you been?

John Barrowman, RDJ, Ellen Page. I am trying to come up with SOMEONE who is not in any way involved with a Sunnydale AU of some kind and I just can't. XD

Busy, busy, busy ^^ Work added IT stuff to my schedule last year, and it's gotten a bit crazy in the past few weeks, with a gazillion new computers coming in for me to set up. Plus, I've followed a friend of mine to a couple panfandom games, on TOP of the three OC games I was already in.
At least it's never boring :B
How've you been? ^^

Back to You: Five years ago, Stuart's (Peter Capaldi) best friend Adam (Paul Higgins) came out to him as transgender. Two years ago, Adam came out to the rest of the world, and she has living openly as Anna ever since. Stuart is doing his best to be as good a friend to Anna as he ever was to Adam, but there's one small problem: He's pretty sure he's falling in love with her. Or maybe he's been in love with her all along.

Third Option: Most love triangle stories end when the choice is made. This story begins with that choice as the movie opens with Alice's (Carey Mulligan) narration: "I choose myself." What follows is a study of the expectations forced on women by society as Alice's choice has repercussions that go deeper than she had ever anticipated. By turns funny and unsettling, but always thought-provoking, Third Option provides a refreshing antidote to Hollywood's insistence that life without romance, especially for women, is not worth living.

Cass Wellington (Ellen Page) knows better than to tell people she can see the future. She happens to like not being institutionalized, thanks very much. Her visions have always been little things, anyway, things she can explain away if she gets noticed. Recently, though, they've been turning darker, giving Cass glimpses of a bleak future no one else can see coming. Featuring Robert Downey Jr as the up-and-coming politician Cass's visions seem to revolve around, and John Barrowman as the elusive figure who may or may not be responsible for Cass's gift, this loose retelling of the famous Greek myth brings Cassandra into the present day and turns her from tragic figure to potential hero.

I feel you, though, changing that kind of program sucks. That's why I haven't bothered suggesting it until now.

I may save this idea for use someday; my college has a couple writing courses that I've been kind of tempted by, but I'm no good at coming up with original material out of thin air. I could definitely get something out of this.

The Lights Are On: New town, new job, new local pub: Peter (Cillian Murphy) is settling in after pulling up the roots of his old life. After striking up something like a friendship with one of the pub's longtime regulars (Geoffrey Rush), Peter finds that something about the older man draws him in and speaks to something in him that has always been best left alone. Gillian (Summer Glau), who has taken over running the pub from her retired father (Bill Nighy), may be the only one both able and willing to pull Peter back out of himself before it's too late. With performances of inspired subtlety from its cast (including Neil Patrick Harris in a game-changing third-act cameo), The Lights Are On will continue to unfold in your head long after the theater lights have come up.

Getting the Best: Former baseball greats, the Montpelier Mountains, have been playing some of the worst baseball ever seen, and are losing fans (and income) as a result. Desperate for some kind of publicity, General Manager Kevin Gauthier (WIllem Dafoe) cuts a deal to bring the first female player in the history of the MLB onto the team. Talented but cynical Janet (Liv Tyler) knows better than to expect her position with the Mountains to spark a revolution, but try telling that to her eager agent Ellie (Kate Hudson). As Janet finds an ally behind the scenes in med staff member Chris (Burn Gorman), Ellie takes on the old boys' regime in the form of team owner Joseph Evans (Joaquin Phoenix).
