Yeah, the Comedian was my favorite character in both the book and the movie, and I still don't really like him very much. He's just compelling anyway, despite his inherent unlikeability. I really worked hard on the characterization here; he's a difficult character to do justice to. It seems to be ringing true for people, though, which is a relief.
