i used to read the House TWoP recaps but after that half-year without watching TV, i lost connection with a lot of fandom and online crit and review. i used to *like* the TWoP recaps of House, even *learn from them* (i guess the reviewer was a nurse or aide or something) and then when i went back to reassociate myself with the site, there was one idiot reviewing one ep on one single week and it put me off the ENTIRE site. just a fucking stand-in for whoever normally did the reviews and they were such a chuckle-headed boob i didn't ever want to bother again.

i guess i'm the definition of an overbearing editorial consumer: one bad article, they tend to loose me for life. i've quit my subscriptions to Time, Newsweek, SPIN and a few others (including all local papers) for similar reasons. or sometimes, just because of their complete slants and overly-defensive opinions.

i've heard that, lately, the forums are spilling over into the articles at TWoP a bit too much. like since they put the book out. a few people i know online have stopped slogging through the stuff they used to like.
